# Configure Account

> Admin controls to customize your Coral product

Configuring your organization's Coral account can be done by Admins only.

* **Set group chat defaults.** *Only applicable to accounts with groups enabled*. One key difference between an Admin and a User is that Admins have access to the Controls tab, where you can set account-level defaults for new group chats.  You can set the default chat subject, description (we recommend a link to your company privacy policy if applicable), image (we recommend your company logo), group invite message template, and whether automations are on or off.
* **Your API phone number display name**.  When a chat is started with our product, participants will receive an invitation to join the chat from your organization's API phone number, and whenever you send a template into a chat, it comes from the API phone number. The API phone number name can be set so that your chat participants don’t just see a phone number in the chat invite and in the chat participants for the API, and instead they see your business’s name; this is called the display name.  To set your organization's display name, you will need to have Official Business Account (OBA) status from Meta; talk to your Coral rep to learn more about this.
* **Your API phone number image**. The API phone number’s thumbnail image can be configured by Coral for you to be your company logo or any other image you want, just let your Coral rep know.
