In the Controls tab, Manage Users section, you can add more users to your organization’s Coral Messaging account.  To add a standard user, click the “Add User” button and in the pop-up window, you can choose if you want the user to have access to the Coral dashboard or not. If not, then once you hit the “Add” button then the process is complete and no action is needed from the new user. If you want to give them dashboard access, then you must also provide an email which will serve as their login email. The new user will then receive an email prompting them to complete the signup process and set a Coral password; user setup is not complete until this step is finished. New users will not have Admin level access like yourself, they will simply be “Users”. Ask your Coral rep if you want to convert any Users to Admins.
