If you created your organization’s Coral account, then you are an Admin.  Any users that you invite to your account in the future you can designate as a User with WhatsApp only access, a User with dashboard access, or an Admin. The key differences are: Coral Users can be given visibility into chats in the Coral dashboard that they aren’t actually a participant in inside the WhatsApp app by using the Coral Observer feature. The Observer status is granted at the chat level (group chats or direct chats). Team managers can be granted broader visibility permissions beyond just chats using the Coral Teams feature. By setting up teams in your organization, managers can automatically see all chats that their team members are in, and audiences and broadcast history that their team members created.
