The users who will most commonly use our web dashboard are sales managers who want to use the Coral sales coaching and insights tools to monitor their team performance, and account Admins.  Admins can grant Users dashboard access. Note that you can’t write messages into the chat from the Coral web dashboard, but you can from the WhatsApp app as you usually do, and it will be visible here. Once you have many chats, the Filter section of the Chats tab can help to narrow down the list of chats to the one you’re looking for.
